What you'll do

  • Community management of SAP’s advocacy network, including onboarding, engagement, moderation, and measurement.
  • Administer and optimize the advocacy platform and maintain a content/activation calendar.
  • Create enablement for field and regional teams (playbooks, templates, trainings) to drive consistent execution.
  • Partner cross‑functionally with Communications, Product Marketing, Customer Success, and regional teams to identify and activate advocates.
  • Own KPIs and reporting; analyze campaign performance and community health, and present insights and recommendations to leadership

What you bring

  • Student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences
  • Preferred fields of study: Marketing, Communications
  • Language skills: Fluent in English
  • Soft skills: Innovative, open minded, team player, creative, curious
  • Experience with SharePoint and Customer Marketing platforms such as Base.ai preferred
  • Passionate about customer experience and storytelling

Meet your team

As part of Global Customer References & Advocacy, the Strategic Program & Transformation team designs and launches global initiatives that expand customer references and advocacy across earnings announcements and other key platforms—driving revenue, elevating brand perception, and strengthening customer loyalty through lasting relationships.

Your set of application documents should contain a cover letter, a resume in table form, school leaving certificates, certificate of enrollment, current university transcript of records, copies of any academic degrees already earned, and if available, references from former employers (including internships). Please also describe your experience and skills in foreign languages and computer programs / programming languages.
