- Support customer meeting preparation, such as building agendas, meeting minutes, and follow-up communication
- Support creation of customer onboarding workflows and preparation of onboarding guides and release notes
- Support collection and analysis of customer feedback through surveys and quality tickets to support product improvement
- Build simple dashboards to track program KPIs and prepare regular status updates for stakeholders

- Comfortable working independently and collaboratively in a multicultural, international team environment, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Good communication skills in German and English
Where you belong
A unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience across program management, customer engagement, and communication design, contributing to one of SAP's most strategic priorities: moving installed base customers from on-premise ERP to the cloud within the Cloud ALM product management and roll-out team.
Your set of application documents should contain a cover letter, a resume in table form, school leaving certificates, certificate of enrollment, current university transcript of records, copies of any academic degrees already earned, and if available, references from former employers (including internships).
