Intern Content Creation - Showroom Experience Retail (Mandatory Internship)

All our digital retail tools/products that we offer support the sales processes in the showroom with a direct impact on the customer experience / with the aim of generating a better and seamless customer experience in the showroom. We use various digital elements and technologies to present products and services, provide information, enable personalized customer consultation, and digitize the overall purchasing process in the showroom to offer a seamless sales experience.

Your Areas of Responsibility:

• Visual Content Creator for Innovative Products in Digital Retail
• Digital Content Creation @Automotive Retail
• Digital Retail Content Creation Internship: Automotive Digital Tool Marketing
• Create Content & Videos Digital Tools @Retail
• Internship in Automotive Digital Tool Content & Video Creation
• Supporting the Digital@Retail Tools

The following tasks await you:

• Creation and editing of engaging marketing videos for internal and external presentations of our products, as well as for promoting our digital tools for retail
• Development of convincing content aimed at persuading dealers/retailers of the benefits of our digital tools and ensuring an improved customer experience
• Support in the conception and implementation of film projects from ideation to post-production
• Contribution to the implementation of a consistent, modern design in video production for our customer projects
• Preparation of project documents and briefing documents for internal and external contacts

The activity can begin from April 2026.

Qualifications

Desirable fields of study:

• Studies in Media Science, Communication Design, Film and Television Production, or a comparable degree program with a focus on digital media and film
• Students in Digital Content Creation, Multimedia Production, or Visual Effects & Animation
• Students from other disciplines with proven affinity and experience in video and film
• Students in Busieness Management / AI Studies

What you should bring:

• Creativity and passion for content creation, especially for video content
• Initial experience in video production, ideally with examples of your own work
• Ability to communicate complex concepts clearly and convincingly
• Knowledge in the use of editing and post-production software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut, After Effects)
• Ability to work in a team and flexibility
• Proactiveness and willingness to take responsibility in projects
• Proficient German and English language skills, both written and spoken
• Independent working style and strong communication skills
