Role: Beauty Expert (all genders) in Teilzeit (15h/Woche) at Zalando Beauty Station in Berlin-Mitte. Responsibilities: - Create impressive customer experiences by providing an inviting atmosphere and addressing individual needs. - Conduct sales conversations in both German and English. - Showcase creativity and contagious passion while demonstrating knowledge of unique brands and products. - Maintain a clean and tidy store and support visual merchandising. - Contribute to a perfect shopping experience through sales and cashiering. Qualifications: - Several years of experience in selling cosmetics or beauty products. - Good product knowledge and a sense for trends in the beauty and lifestyle industry. - Positive charisma and a service- and customer-oriented working style. - Excellent communication and sales skills. - Strong enthusiasm for teamwork and English skills for team communication. - High commitment and ability to take initiative without detailed instructions. - Enjoy developing creative customer solutions.
