At SAP, we are looking for a CX Solution Advisor Expert brimming with energy, empathy, and a passion for learning to join our world-class team. As a crucial member of our team, your technical and sales abilities will drive effective product presentations and demonstrations for pre- and post-sale engagements.
Daily Responsibilities
- Deal Support: Understand the customer, map the values our software generates to the challenges and opportunities our customers are facing, and lead discussions and workshops.
- Demand Generation: Build and strengthen links with SAP's global and local structure and create content to inspire customers.
- Expansion and Adoption: Help expand our installed SAP base and capture new clients across diverse industries.
- Specialized Knowledge: Be an expert in at least two SAP CX solutions, with a special focus on SAP Engagement Cloud & Marketing Solutions.
- Advisory and Collaboration: Serve as a trusted advisor to our customers and SAP internal colleagues and share your knowledge.
- Constant Learning: Stay updated on new technologies and processes.
What you bring
- Education: A bachelor's degree in business administration, computer science or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Experience: Experience in Solution Advisory or CX or other customer facing roles.
- Thirst for Knowledge: Open to new technologies and willing to constantly learn.
- Research: Fast understanding of customer needs and ability to bring information together.
- Solution-oriented: Think about solutions, not problems, with a customer mindset.
- Communication: Excellent presentation and communication skills.
- Resilience: The ability to adapt and handle complex and ever-changing situations.
- Expertise: Knowledge in end-to-end processes/solution matching especially in Lead- and Account-Based Marketing & Lead-To-Cash processes.
- Teamwork and Empathy: A true team player who fosters collaboration.
- Languages: Fluent in German and English.
Preferred Superpowers
- Industry Knowledge: Retail, Wholesale, Consumer Goods, Chemicals & Lifescience etc.
- Product Knowledge: Ideally, SAP knowledge of S/4 and SAP CX.
- Tech Savvy: Knowledge of AI in general & self learning mindset.
- 7+ years work experience in SAP CX or CX/Marketing Solutions.
