What you’ll build
In this role you will be working in a team of Digital Sales Development Specialists and a lot of digital-native talents. We are looking for people who share our passion for creating digital experiences, love to find and develop new customers for SAP and convince them about the power of SAP solution and our Partner Ecosystem to transform and grow their business. - Develop yourselves into a professional digital sales developer to drive social selling and demand generation in SAP´s Growth Business.
- Co-design and execute proactive outbound campaigns to new and existing customers and follow-up incoming leads to nurture and convert them into high quality sales opportunities together with our Ecosystem partners.
- Applying new digital sales methods like digital prospecting, video communication and social listening & selling to generate interest and qualify customer requirements.
- Aligning with sales teams, partners and once qualified, passing the opportunity to Territory Sales to orchestrate the partner-driven the sales process.
- Developing industry, product and partner´s expertise to generate customer interest and serve as digital influencer for SAP and the Partner-led business model.
- Share best-practices across all digital teams including partners.
- Learn about the power of SAP products and the usage of digital innovations, like Generative AI, Microsites, Customer Experience and Sales Execution Platforms. Be empowered to run your project like a “business” with weekly/monthly/quarterly performance in accordance with SAP Franchise sales best practices.
What you bring
- Prior experience in a professional social selling, sales, business development or B2B Marketing role or comparable.
- First experiences and interest in the usage of digital technologies and methods, like video creation, AI, storytelling, blogging, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, etc.
- Built-up customer relationships via traditional (calling) and own social media activities with a track record in created and connected relationships (and leads), followers, opening rates, etc.
- Ambition to develop yourself into a trusted advisor. Interest in customers, their digital transformation challenges and help them to innovate in an ever-changing world. Open-minded and self-motivated to learn about the SAP strategy, the power of our software solutions, their usability and customer value.
- Strong in teamwork and ability to value learn in a dynamic and performance-oriented environment.
- Created network in the SAP environment or SAP Ecosystem is an advantage.
- Bachelor, Master or qualification equivalent to prove skills and seniority for this job role.
- Fluent German speaker mandatory, fluent English skills preferred.
