They are looking for a Sales Manager (Sales Department Manager) (m/f/d) in Düsseldorf.

Job Responsibilities

• Field sales to existing and new customers
• Inside sales operations as needed
• Backup for customer service operations during staff absence
• General management of the Sales and CS departments
• Coordination with other departments, warehouses, branches, and overseas offices
• Quotation preparation, invoicing, and analysis of shipping performance as sales support tasks

Job Requirements

• Business-level proficiency in German and English
• Over 10 years of practical experience in the logistics industry
• Extensive knowledge and experience in air freight, ocean freight, and logistics operations
• Proven management experience as a team leader or manager
• Excellent communication skills and team-oriented mindset
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Reliability in following SOPs
