Role: - Store Manager (all genders) in Hannover responsible for the economic success and development of the store, leading a team of approximately 40 employees and collaborating with the Area Management & Retail Team. Responsibilities: - Drive KPI‑based merchandise management and ensure efficient store organization. - Implement processes to secure economic performance. - Deliver an optimal shopping experience and uphold service standards, adapting the store to customer needs. - Manage all personnel matters, including hiring, KPI‑based scheduling, training, and onboarding of staff and leaders. - Lead with transparent, authentic, employee‑oriented leadership reflecting Zalando values. Qualifications: - Several years of retail experience and a completed commercial apprenticeship or equivalent. - Proven experience in leading and developing employees and managers, including feedback, scheduling, and vacation planning. - Strong analytical skills; ability to evaluate relevant KPIs and derive targeted actions. - Initiative, decision‑making strength and a structured way of working.
