Role: - Position: Part‑time Sales Associate (all genders) 15‑20 h/week in Zalando Outlet stores, part of the Fashion Service team. Responsibilities: - Greet customers with a smile and provide helpful service. - Maintain a well‑stocked, attractive sales floor and fitting rooms. - Operate cash registers efficiently, process payments, handle complaints and returns. - Contribute to a positive store atmosphere and represent Zalando’s sustainability goals. Qualifications: - Experience in retail or customer service is a plus but not required. - Good command of German or English. - Positive attitude, team player, reliable and communicative.
