Role: Teamleiter Fläche (Store Area Team Leader) responsible for the organization of the floor area, overseeing all floor processes and contributing to the store’s economic success as part of the Store Management team. Responsibilities: - Ensure optimal merchandise management of the area and develop measures to improve KPIs. - View the store from the customer’s perspective and create an ideal shopping atmosphere with the team. - Manage 360° personnel matters including hiring, KPI‑based scheduling, training and onboarding of new employees. - Lead with Zalando values through transparent, authentic and employee‑oriented leadership. Qualifications: - Several years of experience in functional and disciplinary leadership of staff. - Completed commercial apprenticeship and relevant experience in retail or a service‑oriented sector. - Self‑responsibility, flexibility, assertiveness and a friendly, service‑oriented demeanor. - Proficient in MS Office or G‑Suite.
