Role & Team: As Store Manager (all genders) in Hamburg, you are responsible for the economic success and further development of the store. Together with the Area Management & Retail Team, you implement strategic decisions. You also ensure an optimal shopping experience and an ideal working atmosphere for your team of approx. 50 employees. We want to get to know you if: - You bring several years of professional experience in retail and a completed commercial training (or comparable position). - You have experience in leading and developing employees and managers, including feedback discussions, scheduling, and vacation planning. - You have a strong analytical understanding and confidently evaluate relevant KPIs to derive targeted measures. - Initiative, decisiveness, and a structured way of working are among your strengths.
