Store Manager (all genders) Hamburg

Role As a Store Manager in Hamburg, you are responsible for the economic success and further development of the store. You will implement strategic decisions in collaboration with the Area Management and Retail team, ensuring an optimal shopping experience and a positive working environment for a team of approximately 50 employees. Responsibilities - Manage store operations using key performance indicators (KPIs) and efficient process implementation to ensure economic success. - Demonstrate and uphold high service standards, adapting the store to customer needs. - Oversee all HR-related tasks, including recruitment, KPI-based scheduling, training, and development of staff and management. - Lead the team with transparency, authenticity, and an employee-oriented approach, embodying company values. Qualifications - Several years of professional experience in retail. - Completed commercial vocational training or equivalent experience. - Proven experience in leading and developing employees and managers, including conducting feedback sessions and managing scheduling/vacation planning. - Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate relevant KPIs and derive targeted actions. - High level of initiative, decision-making strength, and a structured working style.
