About this role
OVERVIEW
To accelerate business growth in Europe, we are seeking a Technical Sales responsible for both customer management and business development.
In this role, you will drive business expansion in the European market by strengthening existing customer relationships while acquiring new clients, working closely with global offices.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Customer Management
Act as the escalation point for existing customers, leading issue resolution Build and maintain long-term relationships with B2B customers, mainly in the automotive and industrial sectors Deepen existing accounts and drive upselling opportunities
Business Development
Identify and acquire new customers in the European market Drive business expansion and develop new opportunities
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Education
Degree in Science or Engineering
Experience
Approximately 5+ years of experience in B2B industrial sales or account management
Proven track record in new customer acquisition
Experience in automotive or industrial sectors is a plus
Languages
Business-level English (mandatory)
Spanish, Portuguese, or Italian are a plus
