What You’ll Build
- Work closely with the Partner Management team in Germany and other internal stakeholders
- Created high-quality presentations and communication materials for internal and external use
- Coordinated and supported meetings, workshops, webinars, and events
- Managed scheduling, meeting preparation, and follow-up on action items
- Provided reliable administrative and ad hoc support in a dynamic environment
- Provided proactive executive and organizational support, including dynamic calendar management and day-to-day coordination tasks
- Conduct internet research on partner landscapes and market trends
- Learn how SAP sells through partners and contribute to partner-related sales activities
- Conducted analyses and reporting (e.g., pipeline performance)
- Supported digital content management (e.g., websites, social media, SharePoint)
What You’ll Bring
- Student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences
- Preferred fields of study: Business Administration, IT, Marketing, Communication, Design, or related disciplines
- Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel
- Experience with Canva or similar design and video tools is a plus
- Open to new experiences and eager to learn and develop new skills
- Structured, organized, and detail-oriented working style with a strong eye for aesthetics
- Flexible and reliable in terms of time management and availability
- Experienced and eager working with AI Tools
- Motivated, hardworking, and highly interested in new topics and challenges
- Strong communication skills and a proactive, team-oriented mindset
- Fluent in English and German

Across all customer segments, partners play a central role in the success of our customers. In the midmarket in particular, SAP sells and implements the product portfolio significantly through partners. The importance of partners to SAP’s success continues to grow. It is essential that we establish autonomous, predictable, and responsible growth in the partner ecosystem, which performs strongly. The Partner Management organization in Germany has the important role of driving the desired cloud revenue growth with our partners, coaching our partners according to SAP Sales Excellence, and scaling SAP business of our partners with and through the SAP organization. The success of our directly supported partners is measurable in the indirect revenue share.
