Working student (f/m/d): Process & Digital Content Automation Specialist (German/English)

What you'll do

We are looking for a student (f/m/d) to support the customer value stories and references team within the SAP Signavio and SAP LeanIX organization. The working student will have an opportunity to work in areas such global marketing and sales programs, Go-To-Market (GTM) learning projects and product development market rollout activities. Ideally – you have a strong background in IT, but also love the marketing aspects of IT – what’s the value of apps and tools for end‑users and companies.

Therefore you have both interest and expertise on IT side – developing (easy) apps (manage selected master data and campaigns, import/export via XLS), and automations (workflow based conditions in tables etc) – as well as sales and marketing – how do you win customers heart and wallet.

• Build up a lean tool to manage customer references and interactions.
• Build up automations and data quality reports based.
• Work with selected contacts on sourcing win stories from sales reps within easy to use templates
• Create and publish customer stories via email and social media communications
• Work with a larger GPT team to enhance the internal GPT platforms when searching and creating customer reference content (work on knowledge based, ratings, criteria etc)
• Work with cross‑teams to steer Content Lifecycle Management

What you bring

• Student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences
• Preferred fields of study: IT, Marketing, Sales, Business Administration
• Minimum of 2 years of study (e.g. just started Master or still in Bachelor studies) – applications with shorter study times will be filtered out
• Computer skills: App development, Microsoft Power Automate
• Language skills: fluent in English, German / other languages as a plus
• Soft skills: Able to take perspective of others, proactive and open communication, low fear to try out things without detailed instructions
