Company Overview
A global consulting and insurance brokerage firm is seeking a Sales Representative to support Japanese corporate clients in Southern Germany. The company provides comprehensive risk management and insurance solutions to clients worldwide.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business with Japanese companies in the Munich and Stuttgart regions (approx. 70%)
• Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients in the region (approx. 30%)
• Promote and sell corporate insurance products such as fire insurance and liability insurance
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver customized insurance solutions
• Provide consultation and support to Japanese corporate clients regarding insurance needs
• Report to the regional Director
• Support account management and client retention initiatives

Requirements

• Proven experience in new business development or sales
• Native-level Japanese and business-level English proficiency
• Valid driver’s license and ability to drive in Europe
• Strong networking skills, especially with Japanese expatriate communities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and remotely
