Your responsibilities

  • Develop and execute global commodity strategies to ensure cost competitiveness, supply security, quality, and innovation
  • Analyze global market trends, cost drivers, and supply chain risks to identify opportunities and mitigate risks
  • Build, manage, and optimize a global supplier base across all regions
  • Lead global negotiations and establish framework agreements with key suppliers
  • Collaborate closely with Engineering, Quality, Operations, and Finance stakeholders
  • Monitor and report global commodity performance metrics (e.g. savings, risks, supplier performance)

Your profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred)
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in strategic procurement or commodity management with global exposure
  • Strong negotiation and contract management skills
  • Analytical mindset with strategic thinking capabilities
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage
