A major Japanese logistics company is currently recruiting a Logistics Administrator to join its Düsseldorf office.
This role will support the day-to-day operations of a small Japanese team, handling a wide range of administrative and logistics-related tasks including import/export coordination, customer communication, invoicing, and general office support.
The ideal candidate should be proactive, flexible, and willing to take on various responsibilities in a small office environment. Experience in logistics or trade administration is advantageous, but candidates with strong motivation and willingness to learn will also be considered.

Main Responsibilities
- Support import/export operations, customs procedures, and delivery arrangements
- Handle customer enquiries and provide professional customer support
- Prepare invoices and support payment-related administration
- Coordinate with agents and external partners
- Support general office administration and various ad-hoc tasks as required
- Assist the team with daily operational activities in a small office environment
Ideal Candidate
- Experience in logistics, trade administration, or related fields is advantageous
- Candidates without relevant experience but with strong motivation and willingness to learn are welcome
- Flexible attitude and willingness to support a wide range of tasks
- Proactive, reliable, and able to work well in a small team environment
- Business level of fluency in Japanese, English and German
- Basic PC skills (Microsoft Office)
Conditions
- Location: Düsseldorf, Germany
- Working Style: office based
- Salary: €2,700–€3,000 per month depending on experience (including travel allowance)
- Job Type: permanent, full-time
- Working Hours: Monday to Friday 9:00-17:00
- Start: negotiable
- Benefits: bonus paid twice a year
