Manager Zollabwicklung & Compliance (all genders)

Role: As Manager Zollabwicklung & Zoll-Compliance (all genders) you are responsible for the quality of operational processes in the import area. You take over monitoring of customs clearance, ensure proper registration of imports and shape the process landscape in a growing business unit. Responsibilities: - Control customs processes and ensure compliance with customs regulations through monitoring. - Improve processes and implement optimizations related to international goods traffic. - Provide training and mentoring to colleagues and share customs knowledge with stakeholders. - Participate in projects, accompany customs audits, act as internal point of contact for customs matters, monitor deadlines and correct application of customs regulations. - Offer expertise in complex customs topics to support operational teams. - Serve as contact for authorities, external service providers, suppliers and logistics sites, communicating confidently in English. Qualifications: - Completed commercial apprenticeship with several years of experience in customs, or a degree with a logistics focus. - Fluent German and English communication skills. - Team player motivated by achieving shared goals. - Hands‑on mentality, structured and independent way of working. - Confident and friendly demeanor with self‑directed work style. - Open to change and enjoys process improvements.
