Partner Onboarding Working Student (all genders) - ZEOS

Role: The ZEOS Platform Operations team is responsible for partner‑facing Zalando Logistics Solutions. As a Working Student in the Partner Onboarding team you will support the integration of merchants into the ZEOS network, ensuring smooth multichannel fulfilment and driving operational excellence. Responsibilities: - Support end‑to‑end merchant integration and configuration for multichannel fulfilment. - Act as a bridge between commercial and technology teams to resolve integration hurdles. - Use internal tooling to guide merchants through the onboarding journey and troubleshoot setup issues. - Create clear step‑by‑step documentation, playbooks and guides. - Assist with merchant go‑live activities and ensure a smooth transition to operational status. - Proactively identify and resolve integration roadblocks. Qualifications: - Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program (Business, Supply Chain, Operations Research, Economics, Data Analytics or related). - Strong proficiency with Excel or Google Sheets; able to automate basic tasks and build tracking tools. - Excellent written communication skills for clear process documentation. - Comfortable working cross‑functionally with commercial and technical stakeholders. - Proactive, self‑driven and takes ownership of assigned work. - Professional fluency in English.
