Product Manager Time Critical Solutions (m/f/diverse)

Tasks

• Define the strategy and roadmap for Time Critical Solutions
• Develop playbooks and solution frameworks for urgent and complex customer needs
• Drive innovation in OBC, Charters, Sameday Products, Diplomatic Courier, and related services
• Ensure premium service quality and operational excellence
• Support Sales with rapid and accurate solution design
• Monitor performance and customer feedback to drive improvements
• Collaborate with Network & Partner Management on partner capabilities and performance
• Act as interface to IT and Project Management for solution-related system enhancements
• Communicate strategy and updates to stakeholders

Requirements

• Bachelor degree with 5 years of experience, Master degree with 3 years, or extensive relevant work experience
• Proven track record in freight forwarding, logistics and product management
• Strong conceptional, organizational, analytical and communication skills
• Ability to influence and work in a matrix setup
• Proven ability to data-driven decision making
• Proficient in MS Office and relevant software
• Excellent verbal and written English and German skills
• Business Travel
