Tasks

Conception, calculate & book tailored high-performance airfreight solutions

Plan capacity & volumes for accompanied, classified and defense consignments

Act as first local contact for Diplomatics & defense customers, ensuring availability

Develop partner relationships to establish competitive customer solutions

Manage end-to-end service execution incl. coordination through billing

Negotiate rates with partners, agents & clients

Provide backup support for USA, Vienna & APAC

Liaise with customers, airlines, partners, finance & internal Diplo team

Requirements

Vocational degree or 2+ years practical experience

Fluent in English

Experience in DGR & Defense shipments

First experience in international legal requirements

Proficiency in figure-based decision-making

Customer & solution drive; sales-minded

Organizational skills to manage multiple responsibilities in a matrix setup

Strong intercultural skills

Computer literacy incl. MS Office & relevant software; willingness to travel on short notice
