What you'll build
As a Working Student (f/m/d) in Project Management, you will support our product engineering organization which develops our Logistics Solution. You will contribute to project execution as well as to area-internal activities that strengthen collaboration and transparency.
Main Responsibilities:
- Supporting project and program management activities
- Assisting with planning, coordination, and tracking of project milestones and deliverables
- Preparing presentations, project documentation, and regular status reports
- Supporting internal workshops, retrospectives, and improvement sessions
- Helping to organize area-wide meetings and events
- Maintaining and structuring area SharePoint pages and internal documentation
- Supporting continuous improvement of internal and project management processes, e.g. by using AI tools
- Collaborating with project managers, software engineers, product managers, leadership, and other stakeholders in an international setup
What you bring
- Enrollment in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Business Administration, Communication, Business Informatics, Industrial Engineering or a comparable field
- Interest in project management and management of large organizations
- Confident use of MS Office, especially Outlook and PowerPoint; SharePoint knowledge is an advantage
- Very well organized; able to keep track of different topics in parallel
- Strong interest in communicating with various people in different roles
- Fluent English skills, German is a plus
Where you belong
Our business area, consisting of several development teams across four countries, develops SAP’s new logistics solution to support customers in their warehouse and transportation processes. Together with project managers as well as various team members and stakeholders, you help to ensure that our organization runs smoothly.
