What you build

As a Working Student in our team, you will play an important role in supporting daily operations and strategic initiatives. Your tasks will include:

• Assisting the Business Assistant with planning, coordination, and follow-up of meetings, workshops, and leadership activities
• Supporting the Customer Office in preparing customer-facing materials, presentations, and documentation
• Conducting research and analysis on supply chain topics, trends, and customer needs
• Helping with internal communication materials, including updates, newsletters, and documentation
• Supporting project management tasks such as tracking deliverables, maintaining project documentation, and coordinating stakeholders
• Contributing to process improvements and administrative optimization within the team
• Handling ad‑hoc operational tasks to ensure efficient team workflows

What you bring

Your Profile:

• You are currently enrolled as a student (f/m/d) in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Economics, or a related field
• Strong interest in supply chain topics and customer‑facing operations
• Excellent communication skills in German & English
• Proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook); experience with SAP tools is an advantage
• Strong organizational skills, reliability, and attention to detail
• Proactive mindset with the ability to work independently and in a team
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, international environment
• Working from Walldorf office is required

Where you belong

Our Chief of Staff Team supports the strategic, operational, and administrative activities of the Supply Chain Management organization at SAP. The Business Assistant and the Customer Office ensure seamless execution of organizational priorities, customer engagement activities, and cross‑functional programs.

Your set of application documents should contain a cover letter, a resume in table form, school leaving certificates, certificate of enrollment, current university transcript of records, copies of any academic degrees already earned, and if available, references from former employers (including internships). Please also describe your experience and skills in foreign languages and computer programs / programming languages.
