feeLit International Literature Festival Heidelberg
Living up to its title of the UNESCO City of Literature, Heidelberg has, since 1994, been boasting about its tradition-rich literature festival - Heidelberg Literature Days. One of the highlights of cultural life in Heidelberg, this festival brings together a variety of literary approaches and formats for an audience of all ages.
What to expect at Heidelberg Literature Days
Traditionally, this festival takes place every year in the heart of Heidelberg’s Altstadt (Old Town), complete with workshops, literary City Tours, live audio plays, slam poetry and the public Lesewohnzimmer (reading living room) from StadtLesen.
