Unique special shows

If driving is your thing, then you'll be wowed by the special exhibitions of both cars and motorcycles that are a key feature of the Bremen Motorshow, including scooter culture - from the practicality of the austerity-era runarounds, through the cult scooters of the 1950s and 1960s, right up to BMWs new high-tech electric prototype scooter.

Another special show spotlights Lancia this year, dedicated to the history of the Italian car manufacturer. The show will map the 100-year development of Lancia, from technology leader to motor-racing success, using selected models that will awe car enthusiasts.

The spare parts market has everything the enthusiast needs for restoring and maintaining classic cars and bikes. Friendly advice and tips are always on offer from exhibitors, experts and collectors to help with your own classic car project.

If your ambitions extend beyond a spare carburettor, there are plenty of opportunities at the Motorshow to invest in your classic car. The Young Classics exhibition, for example, offers undamaged, authentic classic cars from the late 1960s to early 1990s to be sold by both private individuals and dealers.
