Calling all foodies, the Gourmet Festival Mönchengladbach is making a welcome return in July 2022, for three tasty days of high-quality products, mouth-watering delicacies from local producers, and beer and wine from all over Germany.

The largest open-air food event in Mönchengladbach returns in 2022 for its second edition, after its successful premiere in 2019 was followed by two years of pandemic-related restrictions on events.
Gourmet Festival Mönchengladbach follows on from the success of its sister events in Düsseldorf and Cologne and sees selected high-quality food and beverage suppliers showcase their wares to foodie visitors.
Culinary delights, tastings, seminars and live entertainment
For three days in July, the centre of Mönchengladbach will be transformed into a platform for fine food, gastro trends and new products from small producers and start-ups. In the festival grounds on Hindenburgstraße and Sonnenhausplatz, exhibitors will present culinary delicacies from all over the world, unusual creations from their kitchens, and multiple beer and wine varieties. Taste your way around the festival and then buy your favourites directly from the people who made them.
Alongside the smorgasbord of food offerings, the festival also includes a supporting programme of food-related events. Visitors can take part in tasting or seminars, to broaden their culinary horizons, or simply wind down in the evening at the live music events.
