What you'll build

  • Support the creation and maintainance of dashboards and reports to monitor adoption and consumption metrics, using SAP Analytics Cloud or similar BI solutions
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements for new analytics assets and enhancements
  • Prepare and present data-driven findings to internal teams, ensuring insights are communicated clearly and effectively
  • Assist in automating recurring reports and analytics tasks to improve efficiency

What you bring

  • Enrolled student (f/m/d) in a field such as computer science, business informatics, economics, or a related discipline with a quantitative focus
  • Experience with analytics and reporting tools, ideally SAP Analytics Cloud, Power BI, Tableau, or similar
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including experience with pivot tables, advanced formulas, and data visualization
  • Familiarity with scripting or query languages such as SQL or Python is a plus, but not mandatory
  • Excellent communication skills in English; confident communication skills in German
  • Seeking a proactive, well-organized team player with a strong desire to learn and grow
  • Working from Walldorf office is required (2 days)

Where you belong

Adoption & Consumption Practices and Platform

  • Lives end-to-end responsibility for business practices such as solution adoption planning, demand generation, renewal risk management
  • Defines supporting infrastructure for customer-facing colleagues for improving customer satisfaction and driving adoption and consumption of our solutions
  • Manages business requirements from customer-facing roles on systems, processes and analytics in close collaboration with the internal IT organization
  • Introduces innovative instruments built on the newest technologies such as Artificial Intelligence to customer success management teams

Your set of application documents should contain a cover letter, a resume in table form, school leaving certificates, certificate of enrollment, current university transcript of records, copies of any academic degrees already earned, and if available, references from former employers (including internships). Please also describe your experience and skills in foreign languages and computer programs / programming languages.
