What you'll build

As a working student (f/m/d) in the Strategic Innovation Projects Team, you will support the team in various operational and administrative and communication tasks. You will be part of a technology-focused team that works on various projects coming directly from our executives and senior management. In this role, you will support the team in the following areas:

  • Organizational and administrative tasks including e.g: Coordination of calendar management of manager, Organizing team events, meetings, workshops, equipment orders and travel arrangements, and travel expense reports
  • Recruiting and onboarding tasks including e.g: Creation of job postings, scheduling of interviews, candidate correspondence and efficient onboarding of new colleagues
  • Communication tasks include e.g: Drafting LinkedIn posts for the manager

Beyond your core responsibilities, you’ll have opportunities to explore and contribute to other activities of our team and/or drive new ideas in our team.

What you bring

  • Currently enrolled as a student, preferably in Business Administration, Communication Design, Communication, or a related field
  • Good proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent organizational skills and a structured approach to your work, with the ability to handle multiple tasks at once
  • A proactive and independent working style; you enjoy taking initiative and seeing tasks through from start to finish
  • Clear and reliable communication skills for effective collaboration within the team
  • Interested in AI and new technologies, and eager to learn and explore new topics
  • Fluent English and German language skills - both written and verbal

Where you belong

At Strategic Projects, as part of the CTO area, we are driving forward SAP’s development excellence by implementing cutting-edge and strategically relevant solutions for pressing topics. In addition, we provide expertise with tech evaluations and develop proof-of-concepts for strategic technology topics. Our team consists of about 65 colleagues who are students, young professionals, and experienced professionals in the areas of software development, design, project management and team/management assistance. We work in teams that are mainly located in Potsdam/Berlin and Walldorf and collaborate closely with other SAP teams to realize our mission.

Please also describe your experience and skills in foreign languages and leveraging state of the art software.
