Your Responsibilities

  • You will be fully responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process for roles assigned to you
  • You proactively recruit the best talent across the globe
  • You build and manage close relationships with the key stakeholders in your areas
  • You act as a true strategic business partner by educating key stakeholders
  • You solve issues that may arise in the process
  • You continuously track and analyze data to learn and make improvements
  • You closely cooperate with the wider talent acquisition & HR teams to share kledge in order to ensure a great overall candidate and employee experience
  • You run process improvements as well as employer branding initiatives

Your Profile

  • You are passionate about Talent Acquisition, sometimes a little too much!
  • You have 4+ years of experience of 360 degrees, in-house recruiting including active sourcing
  • You were optionally already able to gain experience in a startup and have an entrepreneurial mindset
  • You understand and appreciate the power of data and what it can do for you
  • You put candidate experience above everything else as well as proactively solve problems with a positive approach
  • You are able to partner with senior management, to gain their trust and act as a strategic business partner on topics related to talent acquisition, and beyond
  • You are excited about startups and able to thrive within one while being resilient, self-organized, and proactive.
  • You are fluent in English must be fluent and optionally speak German
