What you´ll build
As part of the Office of the Chief Partner Officer (CPO), you support internal communication and therefore internal change and transformation processes. Your Working Student / SAP iXp Intern role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in SAP’s Partner Ecosystem Success organization. In this diverse and flexible role within our team, you will support essential PMO tasks and day-to-day operations that enable the team to focus on strategic initiatives.
In this diverse role you will be responsible for:
- Support the creation of high-quality internal communications content, including presentations, newsletters, briefing materials and Sharepoint updates
- Help coordinate internal communication activities for the Office of the Chief Partner Officer, including drafting Emails, preparing talking points, and supporting campaign execution across internal channels.
- Maintain and organize SharePoint pages and other knowledge repositories to ensure content is current, accessible, and aligned with team priorities.
- Support editorial and content planning activities, including maintaining content calendars, tracking deliverables, and coordinating deadlines with stakeholders.
- Assist with PMO and team support tasks such as meeting documentation, follow-up actions, file management, and status tracking.
- Contribute creative ideas for storytelling, employee engagement, leadership visibility, and partner-related communication initiatives.
What you bring
- Bachelor's or Master's student in Communications, Marketing, Media, Business Administration, Journalism, or a related field.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; German is a plus.
- Strong interest in content creation, storytelling, internal communications, and social media formats.
- Ability to translate complex topics into clear, concise, and engaging communication materials for different audiences.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially PowerPoint, Word, and Excel; experience with SharePoint, Canva, or other content/design tools is a plus.
- Comfortable working independently while collaborating across teams and stakeholder groups, including senior audiences.
- Creative, proactive, and self-motivated mindset with a willingness to learn and contribute ideas.
- Prior experience in communications, marketing, student initiatives, social media, or office support is a plus, but not required.
