Sales Operations Specialist Germany for Data Analysis (m/f/d)


We are looking for a talented Sales Operations Specialist (m/f/d) who is proficient and comfortable analyzing and harnessing data to enable our sales team to prospect more efficiently with potential customers.

This role will have the option to work from our offices in Munich, Berlin, Kiel or Cologne in a hybrid model of working.

What you'll be doing

  • You create a best-in-class process for enriching the data we have on its prospects & customers to allow us to target our key segments & better serve them when we do
  • You develop a lead scoring model to pre-qualify and nurture in an interactive and segmented way, using Sales, Marketing and Customer Service input to direct only the hottest, most valuable prospects to Sales for conversion
  • You design & implement personalized, automated Sales & Marketing journeys to maximize prospect engagement & conversion
  • You work with other teams (e.g. Marketing, Website, Onboarding & Risk, Customer Support) to ensure all communications journeys are consistent & effective
  • You ensure that journeys include the right KPIs to monitor campaigns and channels, ensuring that metrics are monitored in Sales & Marketing dashboards
  • You test, measure & iterate everything to drive constant improvements
  • You manage and monitor CRM discipline and automation processes
  • You do ongoing Competitor analysis and monitoring news flow

What you'll bring

  • You highly logical and analytical – likely to have studied a subject with a quantitative element 
  • You gained experience performing quantitative commercial analysis
  • You are a strong communicator, able to explain difficult concepts / complex data & analysis to stakeholders
  • You are commercially aware with strong interest across operations and functions (sales & marketing but also technology, product & business intelligence)
  • You speak fluent English and German
