THE ROLE & THE TEAM

We are seeking a Senior Graphic Designer (all genders) with a strong skill set in corporate branding to concept, design, and execute creative communication campaigns that blend storytelling and visual innovation.

The ideal candidate is a visual storyteller passionate about brand strategy who can collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners, delivering high-quality materials and consistently driving projects toward creative excellence.

WHAT WE’D LOVE YOU TO DO (AND LOVE DOING)

  • Lead creative campaigns by conceptualizing and delivering high-quality assets from start to finish, ensuring consistency with our brand strategy.
  • Collaborate with Art Directors to design captivating digital experiences for both onsite and offsite visualizations.
  • Drive projects independently, delivering on time and within budget, and effectively communicate your creative vision to all stakeholders.
  • Act as a brand ambassador by building upon existing corporate identity guidelines and ensuring design quality across a wide variety of formats, from media to print.
  • Apply your expertise in typography, a fundamental skill, understanding of font selection, hierarchy, and layout to ensure text is clear, legible, and visually appealing in all design applications.
  • Contribute to the team by mentoring colleagues and implementing solutions to improve design capabilities and efficiency.

WE’D LOVE TO MEET YOU IF/WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in graphic, communication, or visual design with at least 5 years of hands‑on experience in a design studio or in‑house team.
  • You have a strong interest in fashion and design and are on the pulse of current fashion, social media, and contemporary cultural trends.
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma. Premiere, After Effects, as well as other relevant design software (AI tools for optimising work) are a plus.
  • You possess deep expertise in concept development, brand identity, and multi‑format design (digital, print, event).
  • You leverage typography, color theory, composition, and layout to create visual assets that are not only aesthetically compelling but also strategically effective.
  • You are a hands‑on designer and problem‑solver who can independently drive multiple projects, deliver on time, and translate business objectives into compelling visuals.
  • You possess a proactive, self‑starter mindset, with the ability to manage stakeholders, create clarity amid uncertainty, and guide teams through creative challenges.
  • Fluency in English is required; German is a plus. Experience with video/photo shoots is also a plus.
