Internship Retail (f/m/d)

For our boutique, we are looking for a Retail Intern with passion and drive. You are available for at least 6 months and be able to work full time (40 hours per week). As a member of our team, you are responsible for excellent customer care and service quality according to our current standards. You are the ambassador of the Maison Christian Dior and make every customer feel welcomed and cherished on an exclusive level.

What can you expect?

• You are an ambassador of the brand and help the boutique team with ensuring a welcoming client focused environment
• You assist the boutique team in the operational aspects of the department
• You offer best in class service, such as wrapping gifts, packing, unpacking boxes and organizing the stock
• You ensure an excellent customer experience to our clients during their boutique stay
• You tend to special needs and wishes of our clients

What should you bring along?

• You have a desire to develop a career in luxury retail and a passion for creativity, fashion, and the brand
• You have a client-oriented approach and solutions-oriented attitude as well as a positive mindset
• You possess high level of communication skills and the ability to work in a fast paced and luxury environment
• You are fluent in German and English, another language on top is a plus
