Fixed Assets Working Student (all genders)

Role: Working Student (all genders) in the Fixed Assets team, part of Operational Finance & Reporting, acting as business process owners for the capitalisation process and gateway for all capital expenditures. Support the record-to-report function with high challenge, high support. Responsibilities: - Support record-to-report for fixed assets, making journal entries and following month-end-closing processes. - Process financial data accurately and provide crucial support during the capitalisation process. - Assist in answering requests from internal and external auditors, ensuring compliance by producing and sharing documents. - Take on increasing responsibilities over time, developing skills alongside the team's progress. Qualifications: - Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree programme, ideally in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. - Strong interest in financial operations and foundational understanding of general ledger or procurement processes. - Eagerness to learn about enterprise resource planning systems such as SAP. - Meticulous approach to processing data and collaborative mindset to support the team.
