What You’ll Build
The SAP Internship Experience Program is SAP’s global, strategic, paid internship program that provides university students with opportunities to find purpose in their careers. This is more than an internship; it’s the foundation for a career built on connection, creativity, and impact.
Internship duration: 6 months
- Supporting the Central Services team in day-to-day operations
- Supporting current projects and contributing to internal working groups
- Conducting area-specific analyses
- Identifying, summarizing, and preparing internal business results
- Communicating with internal and external stakeholders
- Processing and documenting workflows with a focus on Finance & Administration
- Evaluating suitable IT tools with a focus on AI and their application
- Creating and revising presentations in PowerPoint
- Performing general administrative tasks
- Supporting data preparation for controlling and reporting activities
- Supporting vendor and service provider management
What You’ll Bring
We're looking for someone who takes the initiative, perseveres, and stays curious. You like to work on meaningful innovative projects and are energized by lifelong learning.
- Currently enrolled as a student (f/m/d) at a university or university of applied sciences
- Preferred fields of study: Business Administration, Economics, Communication Studies, Information Technology
- Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken
- A structured and self‑driven working style, strong quality awareness, quick comprehension skills, and flexibility
- Affinity for innovative technologies and IT tools
- Strong knowledge of the MS Office suite (especially PowerPoint)
- Commitment, high sense of responsibility, and strong team orientation
- Initial work experience is an advantage (e.g., internship)
- Ideally: Experience working in large companies and creating PowerPoint presentations

The Central Services team includes the FoodSpaces team, responsible for corporate catering across Germany, the Commercials unit with the areas of Commercial Operations, Real Estate, and Controlling, as well as the Data & Tools unit, which focuses on data analysis within our teams, identifies suitable tools, and continuously optimizes processes.
