Senior Controller (all genders)

Role: Senior Controller (all genders) within the BFO Platform Capabilities team in the Finance organisation, responsible for guiding, implementing and monitoring warehouse controlling. Responsibilities: Own financial reporting, planning and forecasting of warehouses to drive efficiency; define and monitor financial success KPIs; lead financial assessments and business case preparations; ensure high quality processes; guide and mentor senior Logistics and Finance colleagues; participate in workshops to align on financial case inputs; collaborate with Finance, Logistics and warehouse teams; derive data-driven insights for senior Logistics Management; develop internal tooling and reporting products. Qualifications: University degree in economics, business administration, mathematics, statistics or similar; at least 5 years experience in controlling, logistics or similar; strong analytical and financial skills; proficiency in Microsoft Office, SAP Hana, Power Office, Microstrategy, AI tools like Databricks; controlling mindset; stakeholder management, communication and project management skills; fluent in English, German a plus.
