What you'll build
Join SAP’s Global Procurement Organization and become part of the Technology, Supplier Management and Governance team, where digital innovation meets real business impact. As a Working Student, you will actively support the digitalization and governance of SAP’s global procurement landscape. You will work at the intersection of procurement processes, supplier management, compliance and intelligent technologies, contributing to initiatives that enable transparency, efficiency, and scalability across SAP’s global supplier ecosystem. This role goes beyond operational support: you will help shape how procurement data, supplier information, and knowledge are structured, governed, and made accessible for SAP employees worldwide – directly supporting SAP’s mission to help the World run better
- Learning and Development: Gain valuable insights into the Source to Pay Process and leverage cutting-edge SAP technologies
- Active Participation: Engage in working sessions focused on business requirement refinements, process design, testing, implementation, and enablement
- Support digital procurement initiatives by contributing to projects across supplier management, compliance and technology enablement within the Global Procurement Organization
- Data and Reporting: Assist in developing reporting capabilities, data analysis, presentations, and process documentation
- Assist in governance and compliance activities, support documentation, tracking and audit-readiness for supplier related requirements
What you bring
- We are looking for a curious and motivated student: Currently enrolled in a university or university of applied sciences in Business Management, Finance or related fields (preferably in the first or second semester)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel & PowerPoint)
- Bilingual: Fluent in both English and German
- Structured and Self-Organized: You have a disciplined approach to work and are keen on delivering results
- Collaborative Spirit: Open-minded and willing to collaborate in an international and intercultural environment, working across different countries, languages, and cultures
- Tech-Savvy: Passionate about using the latest technologies especially in procurement related SAP technologies
