Global Account Manager

The Role

The Veeva Global Account Manager is a senior sales leader within our Commercial GAM sales organization. You will lead, develop, and coordinate a Global Account. As the trusted advisor of your Global Customer, you lead complex value-based selling opportunities and revenues. You will have direct access to key decision-makers and are responsible for growing revenues and ensuring the existing footprint brings the best value to your Customer.

What You'll Do

    • Responsible for the Global Partnership cultivating relationships that provide direct access to key decision-makers across our commercial channel
    • Articulate complex value propositions and being the trusted advisor for your customer
    • Grow revenues extending the Veeva footprint, and protect the existing business
    • Global coordination of the Account Team


    • 10+ years of combined experience across sales, account management, and consulting services
    • Proven track record of cultivating C-suite relationships across multiple business functions
    • Strong negotiation skills
    • Background ideally in SaaS Software and/or in an Advisory company’s Commercial sector (CRM, Digital, Multichannel)
    • Lives in Germany and is a German speaker
    • Passionate about Customer Success
    • Led a sales strategy and extended team. Established trust with your leadership style, behaviour with customers, and teams
