What you’ll build:

Position title: SAP iXp Intern (f/m/d) - Global Health, Safety & Well-Being Team

Candidate needs to live near Walldorf: 3 days/week onsite support mandatory

Expected travel 0-10% occasionally within Germany

Expected start date: Nov 17th 202

In this role, you’ll:

• You will assist the team in the following areas:
• Support the development, implementation, coordination and evaluation of a variety of health promotion initiatives and health projects
• Strongly supporting the Sports & Fitness responsible of Health & Well-Being Germany
• Leading and conducting live Active Breaks and other Exercise Offerings
• Organizing and evaluating of inhouse sports offers (fitness & relaxation courses, workshops, court booking etc.)
• Close collaboration and communication with trainers and participants
• Maintain health services in the Subsidiaries in Germany
• Closely collaborate with the Global Health & Well-Being team at SAP

What you bring:

• You are a student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences. We’re looking for someone who takes initiative, perseveres, and stays curious. You like to work on meaningful innovative projects and are energized by lifelong learning. Preferred field of study: Health Management, Sport Science, Business Administration, Human Resources, Social Studies, Education Science, Psychology, or related subject.
• Communicating fluently (verbally and in writing) in German and English language.
• Passion for Corporate Health Management and interest for physical and mental health topics.
• Service orientation, ability to work self‑dependent and drive for execution.
• Originality and ability to understand and improve processes and materials.
• Strong ability to design and prepare high‑impact presentations and reports.
• Be familiar with latest trends in social media and latest technology trends.

Note for Germany: currently the SAP Internship Experience Program is only open to interns and being hired into other contract types such as working students will preclude the candidate's participation in the program.
