What you'll build
Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Assist with internal reporting, feedback collection, and data analysis.
- Design innovative learning formats and engaging communication
- Support execution of AI-enablement workstreams by organizing inputs and maintaining structured information
- Manage content on internal communication channels

Education, Qualifications, Skills & Competencies:
- You are a student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences with focus on Business Administration, Economics, (Business) Psychology, HRM, Analytics, or similar
- Proficient in MS Office, with advanced Excel skills
- Creative and strategic thinker, data-inspired storyteller
- Curious about organizational development and change management
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong project management skills
- Language skills: Fluent in English (oral and written), German skills are a plus

At SAP Signavio, you will be part of the Product & Engineering COO team. We provide the backbone for a seamless people experience, organizational development, efficient operations, and strategy execution across the Product and Engineering unit of SAP Signavio. Your work focus will be on people-related initiatives.
