What you’ll do
As an Associate Software Developer (f/m/d) – Tools & Delivery (Two-Tier Enablement), you will contribute to shaping and delivering innovative solutions that support internal and external customers in all aspects of Two-Tier deployments. You will help design, develop, and improve tools and processes that make the setup and operation of Two-Tier environments faster, easier, and more reliable. Depending on business needs, you may work on automation, integration scenarios, or enablement topics that empower teams and customers to adopt Two-Tier capabilities effectively. Collaboration and continuous learning will be central to your role as you work closely with experienced colleagues across development, delivery, and customer‑facing units to identify challenges and create impactful, scalable solutions.
What you bring
You have a good to excellent degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field and bring strong programming skills in ABAP or another object‑oriented programming language. You are fluent in English and, ideally, also in German. You think analytically, work with great attention to detail, and enjoy solving complex problems in a collaborative environment.
Essential skills:
- Experience with software development and version control (e.g. GitHub)
- Familiarity with automation or provisioning tools such as Ansible
- Understanding of container technologies (e.g. Docker)
- Interest in enterprise software development and cloud‑based systems
- Willingness to learn and grow in Two‑Tier enablement topics
