Developer Associate (f/m/d) for Subscription Billing

What you’ll do

• Collaborate within a Scrum team to design, build, and deliver high-quality features and services.
• Develop, enhance, and maintain microservices using Java and JavaScript, ensuring scalability and performance.
• Ensure smooth integration and interaction of services via robust messaging and API calls.
• Continuously improve and optimize CI/CD pipelines to accelerate and stabilize deployments.
• Engage in conceptual tasks related to cloud technologies, including Cloud Foundry and Kubernetes.
• Support application teams with technology-centric tasks, such as multi-tenancy improvements.
• Troubleshoot and resolve deployment issues, maintaining high reliability, security, and quality across production environments.

What you bring

• Degree in Computer Science/Informatics, e.g. Business Informatics Software Engineering
• Experience with programming languages such as Java, JavaScript/Node, and Groovy.
• Familiarity with development CI/CD tools and technologies like Git, Maven, IntelliJ, Docker, Jenkins or Azure Pipelines, and database concepts using PostgreSQL and Flyway.
• Exposure to state-of-the-art cloud technologies including Cloud Foundry, Spring Boot, and Kubernetes.
• Knowledge in AI (Mainly Agents and multi-agents) is a plus
• Strong understanding of IT operations and infrastructure technologies, including operating systems, databases (e.g., HANA DB, PostgreSQL), messaging systems (e.g., RabbitMQ, Kafka), and network technologies
• Experience with analysis in cloud environments and administration of corresponding tools (e.g., Dynatrace, Kibana)
• Fluent English and German Skills
