KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

They are seeking an IT Business Analyst to join our IT department in Dormagen / Düsseldorf.

In this role, you will drive process optimization, digital transformation, and AI adoption while acting as a key partner between business teams and global IT.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

COMPETENCY (“Must”)

Degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent hands‑on experience
Practical experience in Business or System Analysis
Experience with Microsoft services (Microsoft 365, Azure) and ability to implement process improvements
Strong documentation skills for workflows and processes
Excellent communication skills in English
