About this role

We help the world run better At SAP, we keep it simple: you bring your best to us, and we'll bring out the best in you. We're builders touching over 20 industries and 80% of global commerce, and we need your unique talents to help shape what's next. The work is challenging – but it matters. You'll find a place where you can be yourself, prioritize your wellbeing, and truly belong. What's in it for you? Constant learning, skill growth, great benefits, and a team that wants you to grow and succeed.

What you'll build

The SAP Internship Experience Program is SAP’s global, strategic, paid internship program that provides university students with opportunities to find purpose in their careers. This is more than an internship; it’s the foundation for a career built on connection, creativity, and impact.

The Quality Assurance Intern (f/m/d) will support the continuous development, optimization, and maintenance of internal Microsoft Power Platform applications used within the Quality Assurance Service. The role focuses on enhancing the Procurator App (Quality Assurance & Automation) and the Contract Management App (CMM) to ensure efficient communication, process transparency, and high-quality validation workflows across SAP internal stakeholders. The intern (f/m/d) will contribute to improving end-to-end QA processes, from request intake and requirement validation to milestone tracking and release communication, while supporting the transition towards Azure DevOps-based testing environments. A solid understanding of Quality Assurance processes and the ability to interpret and work with user stories is essential, as these are core to the continuous development of the applications.

Technical Tasks

  • Develop, enhance, and maintain internal applications using Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI)
  • Implement new features and resolve bugs within the Procurator App and Contract Management App
  • Support integration and migration efforts towards Azure DevOps, including Test Plans and automation capabilities
  • Support in Tricentis Tosca automation by executing and developing automated scripts

Process Expectations

  • Demonstrate and apply a solid understanding of Quality Assurance processes, as the applications directly reflect and support the QA workflow.
  • Read, interpret, and work with user stories and requirements provided by stakeholders, ensuring they are accurately translated into application features and process flows
  • Collaborate with the QA Service Owner and stakeholders to optimize requirement intake, validation processes, milestone tracking, and release communication within the apps

What you bring

We’re looking for someone who takes the initiative, perseveres, and stays curious. You like to work on meaningful innovative projects and are energized by lifelong learning.

SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

  • Student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences

  • Outstanding communication skills. Excellent English written and oral communication skills

WORK EXPERIENCE
