What you'll build

Our team is a global team with four locations around the world. In order to harmonize our working procedures, we re‑shape our approach and you can be part of this journey! You will:

• Analyze current status
• Create descriptions of roles
• Together with the team find common parts and propose adjusted and harmonized working models
• Team up with management to create lively, impactful meeting and presentation content that keeps your audience hooked and informed

This activity is a great opportunity to actively contribute to shaping the working model of our unit.

What you bring

• Student (f/m/d) pursuing a degree in Business or Business in combination with Computer Science
• Basic knowledge of agile working environments, ideally Scrum
• Interest in shaping working environments for teams
• Interest in innovative, AI‑driven processes
• Fluent English communication (verbal and written)
• Curiosity, team spirit, and the ability to work in an agile, innovative environment

Where you belong

Artificial Intelligence Technology team develops leading AI and ML inspired applications for support. We apply an end‑to‑end ML application lifecycle model that starts with Explorative Data Analysis and ends with the Go Live of productive ML solutions as well as their continuous maintenance and improvement.

Your set of application documents should contain a cover letter, a resume in table form, school leaving certificates, certificate of enrollment, current university transcript of records, copies of any academic degrees already earned, and if available, references from former employers (including internships). Please also describe your experience and skills in foreign languages and computer programs / programming languages.
