What you'll do

• Design and produce on brand digital and print assets for events and channels (internal communication, merchandis material, banners, presentations, simple motion).
• Support vendor/print service interactions: request quotes, share specs, review proofs, track timelines/deliveries.
• Participate in design reviews and provide constructive feedback for UX- and visual designs to other team members.
• Help maintain and update the organization's design documentation and visual assets, including logos, images, and templates, to ensure consistency across all communication channels
• Stay up-to-date with emerging design trends and technologies.

What you bring

• Currently pursuing a degree in user experience design, communication design, media design, human-computer interaction, or a related field
• A strong portfolio that demonstrates design skills and experience with design tools such as Figma, Sketch or Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English. German language is a plus.
• Ability to work effectively as a team player. Regular in-office presence is a plus.
• Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Your set of application documents should contain a cover letter, a resume in table form, school leaving certificates, certificate of enrollment, current university transcript of records, copies of any academic degrees already earned, and if available, references from former employers (including internships & design projects). Please also describe your experience and skills in foreign languages and computer programs, especially design tools such as Figma, Sketch or Adobe Creative Suite.
