What you'll build
In this role, you’ll work with various stakeholders on many different data protection topics and support in the following tasks:
- Regularly meet with our Data Protection & Privacy (DPP) unit coordinators
- Align with our Data Protection & Privacy Office (legal and DPP experts)
- Support the roll‑out of DP‑relevant information to unit coordinators
- Maintain and update information material such as SharePoint Pages and MS Teams
- Coordinate and support DPP Audits
- Ensure quality of system entries in our internal procedure tool
- Prepare and roll‑out of DPP Awareness Info Sessions
What you bring
You are a student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences. We’re looking for someone who takes initiative, perseveres, and stays curious. You like to work on meaningful innovative projects and are energized by lifelong learning.
- Student at a University or University of Applied Sciences in Business Administration or Legal Studies or comparable
- Fluent in English and German
- Strong MS Office knowledge and experience
- Ability to solve problems with a ‘think out of the box’ attitude
- Very good communication, presentation, and networking skills
- Proactive and independent working attitude
- Passionate and curious to learn, improve and develop
- Knowledge of data protection topics would be an advantage
Where you belong
SAP Product & Engineering Data Protection Office is the ‘guardian’ of the SAP Data Protection Management System (DPMS) in the Board Area SAP Product & Engineering. SAP DPMS and its corresponding requirements aim to achieve and maintain an effective and appropriate level of data protection and privacy and to reinforce SAP’s position as a trusted partner for its customers. We are looking for a candidate who is passionate about making a difference and who would like to become part of a dynamic and positive team!
Your set of application documents should contain a cover letter, a resume in table form, school leaving certificates, certificate of enrollment, current university transcript of records, copies of any academic degrees already earned, and if available, references from former employers (including internships). Please also describe your experience and skills in foreign languages and computer programs / programming languages.
