Head of Operations Projects Fulda (m/f/d)

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of Operations Project Managers and ensure successful execution of all product-related projects within the Supply Point Fulda
• Drive end-to-end execution (Develop → Launch) – on time, in budget, in scope
• Manage and prioritize the product project portfolio including resource planning across Supply Point functions
• Ensure strong cross-functional collaboration between local and central teams and secure technical readiness at all project gates
• Drive risk management, problem solving & cost (COGS) performance
• Contribute to site strategy & continuous improvement as part of the Plant Leadership Team

Qualifications

• Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering or similar
• Strong leadership skills with experience in managing cross-functional teams
• Excellent stakeholder management with the ability to build strong relationships across functions and levels
• Strong experience in project / portfolio management
• Analytical, solution-oriented & resilient mindset
• Able to manage complexity, ambiguity & changing priorities
• Excellent communication skills (technical & non-technical)
• PMI certification or willingness to obtain
• Proficiency in English required; German is a plus
