Operations Project Manager (m/f/d)

Manage, lead and implement Product Related projects in a continuous changing environment:

• Renovation/Innovation projects
• Productivity projects (Raw Materials & Packaging, Controllable, etc.)
• Secure supply projects (New suppliers/sites approval, contingency plan settlement, etc.)
• Quality and Regulatory driven product changes

Leading cross-functional project teams:

• Mobilize and drive cross-functional resources to deliver projects results on time
• Drive issue resolution with the cross functional team and align clear recommendations on way forward

Close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders, including communication of project status to Plant Leadership Team(s) and regional Director platform (Fuel for Growth)

Responsible for achieving and implementing the milestones in time, scope, quality and budget

About you

• Bachelor degree in Business/ Engineering or equivalent
• At least two years of working experience, best in Project Management or related fields
• Ability to manage and lead cross-functional and international teams
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Analytical, goal-oriented and independent working method
• Very good knowledge of MS Office and preferably project management methods
• Fluent in English, German knowledge is a plus
