About this role

Role: The Content Programming Manager is a vital component of the Content Strategy & Curation team, reporting to the Senior Content Planner. This limited‑term (12‑month) role supports daily business operations and drives execution of the annual content plan. You will collaborate with curators, ideators, market retail managers and buying teams to ensure content planning and budgeting align with storytelling needs and market demand, delivering commercially successful and inspirational content. Responsibilities: - Deliver implementation of the annual content plan, ensuring alignment with broader team objectives. - Collaborate with curators and ideators to align content planning with storytelling and creative needs. - Work closely with market retail managers and buying teams to match content planning with market demands and assortment strategies. - Participate in development and execution of content strategies for different audience segments and market trends. - Monitor and report on the effectiveness of content initiatives against commercial and inspirational goals. - Contribute insights in cross‑functional meetings from a content‑planning perspective. - Support management of content calendars, ensuring timely execution and alignment with market and business needs. - Stay abreast of industry trends and consumer behaviours to inform planning and execution. Qualifications: - Approximately 4 years of experience in content planning, marketing, or a related field with a strong interest in storytelling and content creation. - Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams, including creatives, marketers, and buying teams. - Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines. - Good understanding of market trends, consumer behaviour, and retail dynamics. - Proactive and eager to contribute in a dynamic team environment. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Passion for content planning and a desire to grow within the field. - Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and business needs.
